How did you meet?
We both worked at nandos together but in different restaurants and a mutual friend introduced us!

What made you choose Haarlem as your wedding venue?
Loved it from the moment we walked in, loved how the ceremony and then the dining area were separate, loads of spaces and of course, 2 bars and an amazing outside area. Shannon was also a huge factor, she made us feel so comfortable and welcome from the moment we stepped in to meet her and see the venue!

What has been your favourite part of planning your wedding?
Getting to see the amount of friends and family that were just as excited for us to get married as we were!

Tell us a bit about your theme or colour scheme?
Our colour scheme was olive green and creams/neutrals, we'd seen some wedding inspo online and just knew that was exactly what we wanted, it definitely matched well to Haarlem Mills venue decor too.

What inspired you, have you made anything yourself or added any personal touches?
We made a lot of decor ourselves, from buying and spray painting our own vases, to arranging and styling flowers. Little extra touches like chair covers, candles and wedding favours! (Which we ended up spending 4 hours putting together but was definitely worth it)

What was the most memorable part of your wedding day?
Seeing each other for the first time in our dresses, we'd managed to keep everything about them a secret from each other for so long and it was absolutely worth it!
